About ISRU

ISRU has extensive experience of delivering programmes to organisations throughout Europe to enable them to improve business performance. All ISRU technical staff are members of the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics (ENBIS), a professional body aimed at bridging the gap between academia and the application of statistically based improvement techniques.

ISRU believe that the culture of an organisation is a critically important factor in the successful implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. It follows that partner organisations should be working from a compatible cultural standpoint and this forms an important aspect of our projects. ISRU's team culture brings together a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. ISRU has worked to make best use of this diversity by focussing the beliefs and values of team members into a coherent whole. The beliefs and values of ISRU can be summarised as:

  1. Offering value for money for our clients
  2. Innovation through the novel application of proven techniques and tools
  3. Partnership working
  4. Bespoke design of programmes around client needs
  5. Respectful development of individuals
  6. Integration of learning with workplace application to ensure transfer and sustainability
